Duplicate scoutbook account - merge request

SB User ID: 11012743 is assigned as a Committee Member in our Troop.
He has an old profile under BSA ID: 14597511 that he uses.
Can you merge the two?

@SethNeuber that is fixed - his sign in with Apple is on

I have another one…

SB User ID: 12333029 is assigned as a New Member Coordinator in our Troop.
She has an old profile under BSA ID: 137222165 listing her previous last name.
Can you merge the two?

@SethNeuber This should be fixed.

I have a similar request. I have an older BSA account that I recently took my YPT under. But I now have a new BSA account from registering my son after a break and a move from NY to NC.

Is it possible to merge them so that my trainings show up under my new account?

SB User ID: 10702533
BSA Member ID:140376647
Previous BSA Member ID: 136755103

@JosephLeduc Is the D in your last name supposed to be capitalized?

Yes it supposed to be. Many people don’t catch that.

@JosephLeDuc Please log out of everything, and I will see if I can fix it for you.

Ok, I am logging out now. Thank you.

@JosephLeDuc It looks like you have 2 usernames at my.scouting.

Which one would you like to keep? We can retire the other one. One is an e-mail address, the other is not.

@JosephLeDuc I would recommend contacting your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up your child (or children).

In the “Relationships” section, you should be listed as parent only under your new BSA member ID number: 140376647. They should remove you if you are listed as parent under any other BSA numbers.

I’d like to keep the one that is an email address, please. Thank you.

@JosephLeDuc I have retired your other username.

Your local council can also correct the spelling / capitalization for your Scout(s), if needed.
