Our troop has a scout that completed Eagle Board of Review prior to 7/1/22. However, the Scoutbook Eagle rank listing shows that Citizenship In Society (new 2022 requirement) is missing, and one of the regular Merit badges was moved to the Palm awards. There is note stating that for Eagle completion before July 1, 2022 there is “2016” button that can be clicked to switch back to the 2016 version. However, there is no 2016 button, only the 2022-23 button. On a previous forum post it says council has to submit a Membercare ticket–is this still the case, or is there a different fix now?
