Error on account - "Warning, another user is using the same email address. ..."

Scoutbook Using Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus

On my Dashboard in Scoutbook I see a warning under my profile:

“Warning, another user is using the same email address”

I also notice that no matter what I try it will not update my active position from Cubmaster (which I have not been for 7 years)

Thanks for any guidance.
