Scoutbook 'My Account' Message - 'Warning, another user is using the same e-mail address.'

On my Scoutbook Dashboard I’m getting a message under ‘My Account’ that states: ‘Warning, another user is using the same e-mail address. If this is unexpected, contact your local council or post to the Using Scoutbook Forum.’

Which brings me to creating this post. How do I clear this message &/or correct the duplicate use of my email address?
