Need the ability to add other items to PO, such as rank and merit badge cards, pins, handbooks, patrol emblems, leadership emblems.

That doesn’t truly add it to the PO and update the amount though.
How would that be mechanized, though? What I mean is, there is a semi-infinite list of things that units might want to purchase from the scout shop in various forms (some with ever-changing SKUs). It seems almost like a full-time job just keeping the list of items available to add consistent with whatever supply group is offering. Combine that with the fact that some things (like blue cards and rank/MB cards) can be purchased by the each and in bulk under varying SKUs, and it’s a management nightmare.
What’s the issue with simply determining the number you need to buy and manually adding that to the order list? Remember that the support team for Scoutbook/SB+ isn’t the same IT team that’s supporting the Supply Group’s scoutshop.org interface.
@JenniferCather - well to have it provide the sku, item description and price would require an additional data table and programming effort. Does not seem like a good return on investment
Maybe just blanks where the user can manually add a sku, description, qty, & price but the total for the PO would match the receipt.
@JenniferCather- i doubt that this would be entertained by Scouting America IT.
