Frustation- Merit badges transfer information

It is very frustating. I have not been able to download/transfer merit badges from Summer Camp into Scoutbook. very complex and takes a lot of time. I am sorry but it is very challenging

Did you get the csv file from Black Pug or another supported camp registration system? Are you using the Import Merit Badge Advancements function in the Feature Assistant Extension for Chrome and Firefox? Did you open the csv in Excel? Doing so often damages the files so you will need to get another copy.

If you explain what you are doing and what is happening we can help.

Ed,

I opened Scoutbook Plus using Chrome.
I went into MCC site using Chrome in order to log in into the Summer Camp site at Camp Rotary .
I went into the reports section. I clicked in the “Scoutbook Export” to download the CSV file.
I also got the “Fearure Assistant Extension for Scoutbook” in chrome.
When I go to Scoutbook to “import file” and click “Browse”. Then, I am not able to select the file from my “downloads”.

I tried to drag the file but it says I can upload only one document but I don’t understand why it tells me that when I am trying to drag only one document.

I really don’t know know what Camp Rotary uses in terms of Black Plug or Tentaroo, etc

You have to use Legacy Scoutbook.
