Getting Started FAQ doesn't load

Hi! I’m a brand new user and see a message “Have you seen our Getting Started FAQ?” at the top of my Dashboard. When I click on it, I get a blank screen. I’m using a Mac.


Click on the hamburger menu image in the upper right corner then select FAQ. This will take you to the same spot.

I don’t know where that getting started FAQ message is coming from.

Thanks, Ed! That FAQ is about the forums. I think the Dashboard FAQ is meant to give guidance about ScoutBook as a whole. For example, I can access things related to my administrative role in the pack but how I do get to info about my own Cub Scout?

To get to info about your own Cub Scout in Scoutbook, click on:

My Dashboard → Administration

Then click on your Cub Scout’s name.

Hi! It’s an orange rectangle (darker at top) with a blue book with a question mark on the left side.

I’m still trying to find out where this is coming from.
