Scoutbook Support Incident SSD-59880
This issue has been outstanding since February for about 15 (possibly more) of our pack’s parents. They cannot navigate anywhere in Scoutbook after logging in. They get the error message:
“Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request.”
Scoutbook support says they are working on it, but this is ridiculous. It’s the end of May with multiple parents who can’t use Scoutbook. These are parents who are not leaders and do not have a my.scouting account.
Who can help to get this issue resolved?
