In scoutbook plus, the little notification icon at the top always says I have three awards pending, but if I go to the pending awards section, it’s blank. Has been like this for months and months. Does anyone know how I can clear this out? (the screenshot also shows 3 adventures to approve- that part is working correctly. It’s just the “awards” that I can’t clear)
@AlexisMarkowski have you tried a Hard Refresh (Shift + Refresh Page) - or an incognito window? Also I would check the Legacy Scoutbook Needs Approval report - we have seen issues with Awards approval in SB+
I had not tried a hard refresh, but i just did- unfortunately it didn’t help. Legacy SB needs awarding report is fine. These 3 mystery awards only exist in SB+ and have been there pretty much all year. I suspect they may be for scouts who transferred to another unit, but idk how to check that.

Yep. Just like the other guy said, didn’t fix it. It’s bigger than that.
Any ideas on how to get rid of these? Like I said I suspect they’re for scouts who moved away…
