We have a scout that has a MB Counselor attached to their SB account, but they have switched counselors. How can we drop the previous counselor to add the new one?
In Scoutbook, go to the Scout’s Connections page, click on the name of the MBC.
You can either remove the connection completely, or you can remove the connection for just that merit badge, whichever is applicable.
