Merit Badge Counselor Change

how do you change an assigned merit badge counselor for a scout? I assigned counselor, who has since discontinued that badge. have new counselor but can’t figure out how to change it on scoutbook.

It’s kinda clunky, but the way I’ve done it is as follows:

  1. Go into the scout’s connections and locate the MBC in question
  2. Click on that connection.
  3. In that connection, scroll down to the badge you want to remove, and uncheck it.
  4. Once you uncheck it, if there’s not another badge that MBC is counseling for this scout, uncheck the Merit Badge Counselor role.
  5. Click on Update.
