How to assign a scout to a den? Scoutbook Plus or Legacy Scoutbook?

Hello,
As new scouts apply and are accepted to Packs, which tool are Pack leaders supposed to use to assign new scouts to a Den? Scoutbook Plus or Legacy Scoutbook?
