Info needed to post an issue that helps get it to Dev

We need the Member ID # of the User that was using the system when it happened. NOTE: If it was you, just say it was you and we can find Member ID #. (no names)

We need the Member ID # of the Scout that the Action was seen on. (no names)

Post an overview of the issue - I tried to enter Camping merit badge and it failed.

Also need as detailed step-by-step list of the actions taken.

ex. Tried two paths from here and neither one saves it:

  1. Enter a ‘Completion Date’ and check the ‘Mark as Approved/Recorded’ box for an individual requirement and clicked the ‘Save’ button.

OR

  1. Click the ‘Quick Entry’ button. Click the ‘Approve’ box at the top to fill in all open boxes. Scroll down and enter a ‘Completion Date’. Click the ‘Save’ button.
