Issues with setting Leader Permissions for their den

Hello,
Since the last 3 days, I am unable to update den leaders permission to edit advancement for their den. Edit advancement option is greyed out. It was working until 3rd Jan 2022. Started seeing issues after that. Anyone else facing this issue? or know any work around?
My dashboard → My pack → Den # → Connections manager → select the leader name and the “edit advancement” option is greyed out. Only View Profile and View advancement option is available.

That sounds like Scoutbook thinks that the den leader isn’t registered with the BSA. I’d ask one of the unit key 3 to check the official roster at my.scouting.org to see if BSA ID numbers match, or if the adult’s name is missing altogether.
