Bug Fixes
- Calendar
- An issue that prevented clearing the Start or End dates from Calendar events has been fixed.
- An issue that caused some units to receive a Refresh Cache error when accessing the unit calendar has been fixed.
- Den Leader
- An issue that prevented Den Leaders from seeing the Approve and Award links on the Advancements tab has been fixed. Den Leaders can now approve and award advancement for their dens.
- Messaging
- An issue that caused some adults to show as youth in the messaging selection list has been fixed.
- Permissions
- An issue that prevented Advancement Permission from applying to Sub-Unit Quick Entry has been fixed.
- Relationship Windows
- To be consistent with other Scouting America online systems, the term Scouting ID has been changed to Member ID in the Relationship search windows.
New Features
- Calendar Invite and Messaging
- The member selection lists in the Calendar Invite and Messaging screens will now show if the member has opted out of messaging or dropping membership.
- Leadership Title
- The position Committee Chairman has been replaced with Committee Chair
- Relationship Warning
- The date has been removed from the Relationshp Validation Warning window. When Scouting America determines an updated date to stop using legacy Scoutbook Parent/Scout relationships, an announcement will be made.
