- Calendar
- An issue that caused multiple prior Send ASAP reminders to be sent again if the event was edited has been fixed. Once a reminder is sent, it will not be sent again.
- An issue that prevented the My Youth Connections section to show for some adults that have a child invited to the event has been fixed. This fix allows parents to RSVP for their children.
- Quick Entry
- An issue that prevented items marked completed but not approved in Quick Entry from actually being marked complete has been fixed.
- An issue that prevented Den Leaders from approving advancement for their own child via Quick Entry has been fixed.
- Roster
- An issue that prevented the Group By Den button
from appearing for Den Leaders on the Roster page has been fixed. - An issue that prevented the roster filter from working properly when dens were deselected unless Group by Den was selected has been fixed.

New Features
- Scout Leadership (BETA)
- Units leaders will be able to add, delete, and edit youth leadership positions on Scout profile. Note: to delete a leadership position, the start and end dates of the position must match.
- Cub Scout Pack leaders will be able to search and add den chiefs to unit. They can also assign den chiefs who are in their Pack to dens. The Process is Pack Leaders search for Den Chief using the Scouts BSA # and Last Name, Scout’s Unit Key 3 receive email to approve Den Chief placement - they have a 24 hour window approve, then the Den Chief becomes effective for the pack.
- Note: Currently this feature is in Beta only, however it does update the Scout’s record in the production Scoutbook database. Legacy Scoutbook can still be used to update Scout Leadership if necessary. Please report issues to the Scoutbook forums.
- Known Issue: Quick Entry for Scout Leadership is still in development and will be coming soon.
