Bug Fixes

  • Phone Numbers
    • An issue that caused some US based phone numbers to be formatted incorrectly has been fixed.
  • Quick Entry
    • An issue that caused some incorrect dates to be recorded when Quick Entry was used has been fixed.

    • Attendance Report
      • Web page, PDF, and Scouts in a patrol formatting was adjusted.
    • Audit Log Report
      • An issue with the date filter was fixed.
    • Incomplete Merit Badge Report
      • A column formatting issue was fixed.
    • Merit Badge In-Progress Report
      • Fixed issue with Merit Badge Counselor view mode to show Parent Email.
      • The Merit Badge Counselor view was adjusted.
    • OA Eligibility Report
      • Typo fixed and further adjusted response to mobile screens.
    • Payment Log Report
      • An issue with missing records was fixed.
      • Title and headings were relabeled as “Den/Patrol” to clarify the report content.
    • Report Builder
      • A PDF header formatting Problem was fixed.
      • A requirement sort order issue was fixed.
      • An issue with the PDF header formatting was fixed.
    • Roster Builder
      • An issue with sort by Den/Patrol was fixed.
    • RSVP Report
      • As issue with Den/Patrol mixed unit listings was clarified with more appropriate “Den/Patrol” title and heading.
      • An issue with a PDF formatting was fixed.
      • The CSV export file name was fixed.
    • Troop Recognition Report
      • An issue with blank name or type fields in mobile format was fixed.
  • Scouts BSA Approvals
    • An issue that prevented Sea Scout and Venturing leaders from approving Scouts BSA awards and advancement has been fixed.

  • Roster
    • The :warning: icon will now appear on any Leader or Scout on your Scoutbook roster that is not registered with your unit. This includes Unit Commissioners (UC) that are on your Scoutbook roster because Scoutbook has no way to determine if the UC is assigned to your unit. If you believe the :warning: icon is appearing in error, first check your official roster at my.scouting.org and make sure the individual is listed on the roster and their BSA Member ID matches what is in Scoutbook.
