Bug Fixes
- Activity Log Report
- An issue that caused the Activity Log Report to sometimes navigate to the wrong unit in Internet Advancement has been corrected.
- An issue that caused Scouts to not be listed on the report has been fixed.
- Cycling Merit Badge
- The Cycling Merit Badge had Requirement 1c duplicated as Requirement 3. This has been corrected. Any Scout with Requirement 3 marked complete has had the completion/approval moved to Requirement 1c. The duplicate Requirement 3 has been deleted and all requirements below 3 renumbered to match the official requirements.
- Print Blue Cards
- An issue that prevented Blue Cards from generating when a large number of Scouts (50+) was selected has been fixed.
- Reports Menu
- An issue that caused incorrect reports to be shown on the Reports Menu when select from a member’s account page has been fixed.
- Report Builder Manager
- Fixed an issue where Unit Participants may have been omitted from Report Builder reports.
- Fixed an issue to make sure Scouts showed up with the proper unit on reports when registered in multiple units.
- Roster Builder Manager
- Fixed an issue that prevented the display of the current date for swim tests on the report.
- Fixed an issue where Unit Participants may have been omitted from Roster Builder reports.
- Fixed an issue to make sure Scouts showed up with the proper unit on reports when registered with multiple units.
- Fixed and optimized the presentation of Roster Builder Reports to help make the reports more visually accurate.
- Ship Sub-Unit Membership
- An issue that caused Sea Scouts reassigned to a Ship’s sub-unit to not be approved has been fixed.
New Features
- Activity Log Report
- New filtering options are available to give different options for the report and appropriate accuracy based upon user request. One can now filter by:
- All Scouts that are/were members during the duration of the report (regardless of current registration status with the unit)
- Only Scouts that are CURRENTLY registered with the unit for the duration of the report.
- Option to include activities that Scouts performed with the current unit only or with ALL units that the Scout held a registration for the time frame of the report.
