Bug Fixes
- Calendar Reminders
- An issue that prevented ASAP reminders from being sent if there were already 3 scheduled reminders has been fixed. ASAP reminders no longer count towards the limit of 3 scheduled reminders and can be sent at any time.
- An issue that prevented additional scheduled reminders from being added if 3 had been scheduled and less than 3 pending has been fixed. The system will now permit up to 3 outstanding scheduled reminders.
- Profile Page
- The Scout’s Info & Personal Info buttons have been relocated on the profile page when viewed on mobile devices for easier access
- Rank Advancement on Mobile Devices
- The display of rank advancement screens on mobile devices has been improved for easier use.
- Rank Advancement for Patrol Admins
- An issue that caused the Record Advancement button from appearing for an Assistant Scoutmaster (ASM) that is a Patrol Admin in Scoutbook has been fixed. ASMs will be able to record advancement for Scout’s in the patrol(s) where they are Patrol Admins.
New Features
- Quick Entry Sort Order
- Adventures are now sorted on Quick Entry so that required adventures appear first followed by elective adventures in alphabetical order. This will make it easier to find the desired adventure.
