a long time ago, the leads email “take action on leads” didnt mention which unit the email was coming for
that has improved. however, it still doesnt say exactly which unit needs attention.
in my case, i have a pack, g troop and b troop.
when i have leads for the troop it doesnt say if it is the b troop or the g troop. and they both have the same number so i have to dig a little more
can this UX issue be fixed?
thank you
@MohamedArafa- since this a my.scouting issue you need to work with your council
@MohamedArafa Council can send in a Membercare ticket - it is best to help them craft it to clearly and specifically address the issues - with examples
I do not understand, the email is from my.scouting and the unit name is incomplete
Or do you mean that the council sets the unit name?
@MohamedArafa the council has tools that are not here - they can send in something called a Membercare Ticket - that tells Scouting America of IT issues that need to be addressed.

The my.scouting team only accepts reports of issues via Membercare tickets from Councils. They do not monitor the forums or accept reports from the SUAC.
