Whenever I try to create a calendar event in SBPIA, it takes a long time to type in a single word. I type 1 letter, then a 2nd, but it takes about 4 seconds for the second letter to pop up on the screen. This happens to all of our committee members trying to create a calendar event.
Please help. This annoying delay is frustrating to all of our parents to the point that they are starting to stop using the calendar (and for a troop of our size as active as we are, we live and die by the calendar). Thank you
Parents = Committee members, Assistant Scoutmasters, Scoutmaster. Since I do not have paid staff assigned to my troop, parents run the show.
I tried on my work computer as well, a Windows based machine, and it is faster, but the lag is still there in a couple of sections. The lag isn’t nearly as bad as it is on my home Apple computer though…Perhaps this is just an Apple vs. Windows problem?
