Merge SB Accounts - 2 Cases to Consider

I have a couple of cases to consider (Adults):

Case 1: 2 Scoutbook Accounts with 1 BSA ID number

SB 1054523 BSA
SB 11682161 BSA 12061126

Case 2: 2 Scoutbook Accounts & 2 BSA ID numbers

SB 8025793 BSA 136041360 (Primary)
SB 11047077 BSA 133469940

Can someone help me resolve these cases?
