@Matt let me look at it
@Matt that is fixed - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number 14631232
and only the username remains - the email login was retired
Thank you Donovan! I may have a couple other to merge as well. Is it okay if I post here or should I do a new one? Also is this the best way to request merge accounts? It feels weird having to create a new issue all the time
either way works @Matt
Leader #1 Need to merge
BSA ID: 14343720
BSA ID: 14631200
Adult Leader #2 Need to merge
This one has the same BSA ID for each, no Scoutbook ID but in the Internet Advancement there are two different accounts.
BSA ID: 13842553
Keep this one - Internet Advancement // Adult User ID: 2456226
Duplicate - Internet Advancement // Adult User ID: Blank
Scout Leader #3 Need to merge
BSA ID: 137099747
BSA ID: 14217897
I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)
@Matt see note - your numbers are bad on #3 please check
#1 and #3 are fixed @Matt
I recently had my 2 accounts merged. BSA numbers are now required to register for overnight campouts on scout reservations. I tried both numbers but it is not recognizing either BSA number when you click “click to validate member number”. A pop up states “member number not found. please check the number and try again”.
13220922 is the Member number on the Acct I was told to use going forward
13537923 is the old one.
Thanks for your help with this!
@NicolePankuch I have fixed this for you, but 13537923 is the BSA member ID number that you should be using. It has your adult leader registrations. The other one does not, and it is also missing a date of birth.
@NicolePankuch - is this an in council camp ? I have not had to do this either in or out of council.
It’s a council camp. I was under the impression this was due to the new rule that all adults attending overnight camps have to be registered and have ypt training.
Once the kind people here get things straight, and you still have an issue, you’ll need to follow-up with your council. The camping registration system is different than Scoutbook etc.
@NicolePankuch Some of the camp registration systems rely on file uploads from councils in order to verify YPT, etc. It might be that your council needs to upload an updated file.
Please contact the local council in charge of the camp.
