I use this function once a year after camp. This year was the first time something acutally lined up. I figured out the sku thing a few years ago. This year the top row of cards has everything shifted down abaout 3/16". The Merit badge name prints right on top of "Merit Badge " make it unreadable. I just hand wrote it above “merit badge” . I did my best.
