Messages from ScoutBook are duplicating

Today I had two emails generated by SB+ that are duplicates in error by the system:

1. Calendar event that sent a reminder at 3:50pm CT today for a past event on 8/31/2025.
2. Message that was sent last week was again resent today at 4:52 CT. There is no reason for this to have resent.

Unsure if I should use the app as this is just confusing for our parents
