Missing SCO's

Hello,

I am trying to manually add our new Committee Chair’s training to SB as the Sync doesn’t work. The SCO codes are not showing up to add (most numbers of SCO 450-469). The only thing I could add was SCO_800 Hazardous Weather Training.
