My.scouting training not loading

(If you are reporting an issue with My.Scouting, please include all of the following items so we can better assist you:
*1) Hardware: Seeing this on multiple platforms - Macbook Pro as well as my Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold
*2) Operating system - osX & Android
*3) Browser - chrome on my mac, Firefox (which normally works) on my android
4) Browser cache has been cleared or you are using a private browsing mode (aka Incognito Window in Chrome) - yes - I’ve tried both methods

Last night I logged into my.scouting and went into the training to look at the new precourse material for Wood Badge. I added it to my training. I did this on my Android cell phone via Firefox browser and this worked. Today I tried to access this on chrome on my Mac. It’s now not working. I can get into my.scouting but it is slow and seems “spinny”. When I click on the ScoutingU picture to get to the training portal it attempts to go to: My Scouting and it’s returning a 504 gateway timeout.

Scouting America IT is aware of issues logging in to systems this morning. I suspect these issues are preventing you from seeing your training.

Thanks for the prompt reply - any idea as to an ETA on the fix?

No, all we have been told is that IT is working on it. I’m sure they want it fixed ASAP.

Seconding this issue. YPT training won’t load (it times out), and login to my.scouting.org is iffy and slow.

*1) Hardware: Chromebook and windows desktop
*2) Operating system - ChromeOS, Windows
*3) Browser - Chrome, Firefox, Edge
4) Browser cache has been cleared or you are using a private browsing mode (aka Incognito Window in Chrome) - tried both

I too can not access any training.

I’m able to log in to my.scouting.org, but the browser waits until it times out.

I’ve tried giving the site all security and allowing pop-ups and redirects, but no fi.x

This is on MacOS, Windows 11 and 10, iPadOS, and Ubuntu Linux.
This behaves the same on Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave and Safari.

Also, other areas of scouting.org are very slow to load and sometimes time out.

Training is a separate system from my.scouting.org but is impacted by the login issues.

i also cannot access the training site…very frustrating.

Windows 11 and Android, have tried private mode and clearing cache

Not sure what the issue was, but the training site appears to be back up.
