National Outdoor Award Devices

I am updating the National Outdoor Achievement Awards and trying to add additional devices to a scout. He already has multiple devices and they no longer appear. I checked his current advancement report and they are also missing from there.

I have a report from about a month ago and I have included a screenshot of it and what I currently see in Scoutbook.

Hello,

When I go into Awards I only see the Aquatics award abd the first gold device. When I print the report I see the same. The correct report was created a month ago and shows all of them that were earned and previously entered.

Could you provide a screenshot without revealing any names?

Screenshots attached. Both of these scouts have earned a silver device and it is no longer present.

@JamesJohnson_Jr if I recall right a Silver would be the 4th device - what are the Scout BSA numbers?

First scout is 135206545 and he should have 3 gold

Second scout is 13650284 and he should have 3 gold + silver + 3 more gold.

The first one I see 2 gold camping and a silver in SB database? might need a screenshare to figure it out
