Could you please remove duplicated user?
It might be related issue but my attempts to see my sons advancement records failed
due to error HTTP 404 “not found” GET Internet Advancement
If it is a 404 that sounds like a cache issue - maybe try private window or different browser to check. 404 means server is not found - has nothing to do with login
