I have a parent who unsubscribed from Scoutbook emails many years ago when his oldest son dropped from the program. Since then, his youngest son has now joined the program but he does not receive any emails…because he unsubscribed. He no longer has the login information. I have attempted to reinvite him for his new son’s account, but he is not receiving this email…possibly because he unsubscribed. How do we get around this?
The adult can go to my.scouting.org and use the bot to reset his password. Once he can log in to my.scouting.org he can log in to Scoutbook and navigate My Dashboard → My Account → e-mail and turn the e-mail slider back on.
