If I get @ mentioned in a thread, will I receive notifications for further posts in that thread by default, or will someone have to Mention me again for me to get an email notice that a new comment has been made in that thread?
(Really I’m asking not for myself, but what happens when I mention other people; will they receive notifications of followup comments, or do they have to be mentioned again?)
It depends on the individuals settings to a large degree They will see # in avatar
Right, but I mean for the default settings.
I generally only get emails in the reply to my comments or when my name is mentioned, not in subsequent posts on the thread.
