Bug Report: Event comment email notifications

Situation: When posting a comment (N) to an event, an email is sent with the text of the previous comment (N-1) to[at least me and I would hope everyone invited to the event].

Problem: It is the text of before last comment (N-1) that is included in the email notification vs the last comment (N) entered.

I have confirmed the issue. It is sending the previous comment.

Note: It only sends to the creator of the event, not all invitees.
