Bug Fixes
- Audit Data
- An issue that caused Audit Date to be overwritten when advancement was approved or awarded has been fixed. Audit data will only be updated if the field the audit data applies is updated.
- Profile Photo
- The process for changing the profile photo has been updated so that the only Save button displayed is the one that saves the photo, not the rest of the profile information. This avoids confusion of which save button needed to be clicked.
New Features
- Roster & Permissions Manager Changes
- Den Admin and Troop Admin are no longer displayed in the roster as these legacy Scoutbook roles are not used by Scoutbook Plus.
- The Assignees tab has been renamed Position Assignments
- The Position/Roles Permission tab has been renamed Permission Assignment
- The Permission Assignment tab is now listed first (on the left)
- Any Key 3 member or Key 3 Delegate can update Key 3 Delegates
- Positions are alphabetized on the Position Assignments tab.
- Remove the ability to change the Executive Officer
- Added a Search based on name and/or Position
