Bug Fixes

  • Add Relationship
    • An issue that prevented parents who are not registered with Scouting America from confirming their newly added relationship has been fixed.
  • Calendar
    • An issue that caused Committee Members to receive a message that they did not have permission to view the calendar has been fixed.
    • An issue that caused the incorrect time zone to be used has been fixed. If your unit was experiencing this issue, a Key 3 or Key 3 Delegate should use the Settings page to verify and if necessary, correct the time zone.
  • Eagle, Quartermaster and Summit Ranks
    • An issue that prevented units from marking Eagle, Quartermaster and Summit ranks awarded has been fixed.
      Note: Only Advancements → To Award can be used to mark Eagle, Quartermaster and Summit ranks awarded. There is no way to change one of the ranks from Awarded to not Awarded. The developers are working on a solution to change Awarded to Unawarded for these ranks.
  • Scoutmaster Conference
    • An issue that caused rank updates to fail with an issue saying the Scoutmaster Conference of the previous rank was not complete has been fixed.
  • Star/Life Ranks
    • An issue that caused Requirement 3 of Star and Life ranks to having the wrong completion date has been fixed. This issue prevented Star and Life from being completed with the correct Board of Review date.
  • To Pages
    • An issue that prevented Scouts in the lapse period (1 day to 2 months past membership expiration) has been fixed. Scouts with advancement To Approve, To Purchase and/or To Award will now be shown on these pages.

New Features

  • International Spirit Award for Cub Scouts
    • The International Spirt Award has been added to the individual award list and Bulk (Quick) entry list for Cub Scouts.
