Patrol Leader Position doesn't appear in drop down

@EricSchulz - this is not a bug.. the scout has to be in a patrol in scoutbook plus

Unable to add Patrol Leader or Assistant Patrol Leader for the boys troop (girls are fine)

Ah, it was indeed because he was not assigned to his patrol in SB Plus. This has been done and I can now see the two positions in the drop down menu. Thanks so much again!

Patrol Leader was not an option under Program Leadership

I was trying to enter his position history, as we use outside software to keep track of patrols and such. (So this position was from 4 years ago.) I moved him to his patrol, and things worked as expected.

And do not use legacy scoutbook for patrol and leadership management
