Does anyone know how to successfully make the payment log report run? Mine keeps erroring off, stating that it couldnt log me in. But im already logged in. Its a all white screen with black lettering when the error comes up. Thanks in advance for your guidance.

yes, what is weird is that i can access it on my phone, but not on my desktop.

ok, this is really weird, but its working now. I guess its just like calling IT at work. As soon as they arrive the problem has fixed itself. Thanks so much for replying though.
