Payment Logs Data Missing

A week ago we added a bunch of payment data to different scouts in our troop (T525B Central Florida), but when looking at it tonight none of the changes are there anymore. This is the second time this has appeared to happen in the last month or so. Most of the changes were made from a Chromebook / Chrome browser. Not sure how to do the hard refresh suggestion I see everywhere on Chromebook, so we logged in from a different computer. Searched troop payment log, but the only transaction was one made just a few days ago, not the bulk of our changes made a week ago.

Is there any common known issues we are running into that we should be aware of? Is there any logs of the session way to retrieve this lost data?

@ReginaWales - you could run an audit log report or even an export of the payment log. My first guess is that the user actually did not post or commit the transaction. There have been no other reports of issues like this.
