We were entertaining the idea of using the Payments Log and in testing it we found that parent accounts (not registered with any other adult leader responsibilities) were able to add/remove items from the Payments Log screen for their child. All of the documentation that I’ve found around this field says that parents are supposed to be able to view the Payments Log items but not edit them. Is this an issue with that functionality or has that changed? I would expect that parents should have view permissions with the exception being that they should be able to apply a PayPal payment towards their scout’s balance due.
