If the MID is not the one in your council you will get that. The MID in Scoutbook is for Council 072

I tried connecting an existing Scouter to their Cubsā accounts as a parent. Instead of connecting to the adultās existing Scoutbook ID (adult is a registered leader and I used the lookup function, not the create new function), it created a new SB login for them. Only had this problem with one of the parents I was connecting.
Adult:
Correct SB ID 11917915
Incorrect SB ID 12972008
Should be connected to:
SB IDs 12971932 & 12971933

@MelissaCoffey that is fixed - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check childrenās āUser Relationshipā and make sure that children are connected to parent with the correct BSA member ID number 13845332 - their email is no longer a log in - just their username

14472553 - Scoutbook userID.
The training goes with the BSA member ID number ā not the Scoutbook userID. Iām not seeing anything for us to merge.
We have a new parent that can get into Scoutbook, but says she does not see her kids. I suspect its because she has 2 Scoutbook profiles one with her name with a capital J from their previous council and one with a lower case j for the current council. Both use the same email. BSA #140217617. Can these be merged???
Have two profiles to merge:
The one our Council has her registered under is: BSA ID: 14464808 // Scoutbook ID: 12615597
The one she logs in with is BSA ID: 14587541 // Scoutbook ID: 12711764
