Powder Horn Sea Scout Elective Missing

Good Evening,
I have 2 Sea Scouts that just completed Powder Horn.
They were going to use this course as an Elective for Ordinary Rank.
Under “Specialty Proficiency” in Scoutbook, Powder Horn no longer appears.

Here is the Electives outlined in the Sea Scout Manual:

Can you please help me with this?

I think SS Dropped it as PowderHorn is ending - I will check

Can you please enable the Powder Horn Sea Scout Elective for SBID: 7603508 and SBID: 7598339?

This was a 2024 update that dropped Powder Horn as Elective we were given for immediate release; why it is not published at https://seascout.org/manual-resource-center/ I cannot address but am trying to get an answer or a solution.

It was ended in 2024 update - scouts can still use it for ranks they are working on it is just not in Scoutbook at Sea Scouts instruction
