Is there somewhere a leader can record a National Certificate of Merit award for a youth? I also noticed there isn’t anywhere to record youth awards for Heroism Award and Medal of Merit? Given the gravity of obtaining these shouldn’t it be a part of the official legacy scoutbook or scoutbook+ record?
I have a youth who will be transferring to another unit in the next year and wish to provide an updated record of all awards obtained to their new unit.
@ThomasCline leaders do not record that - councils do - just like Eagle Scout - I am not sure if the certificate is displayed in Scoutbook
