Hello,
I am a registered leader in a troop but I am not listed on the scout book roster. I show up on the trained leader report but I am only listed as a parent in scout book and not the registered leader that I am. Thank you for any help.
@PBTroop26 you are an ASM in T26 in Scoutbook. Your units leaders can probably help.
@PBTroop26 Your position as Assistant Scoutmaster is not position approved. A Troop Admin can approve it in Scoutbook (legacy).
Update: The scoutmaster checked his roster and I am showing up in the appropriate manor on his account but I still do not show up when I sign into my own account. I have cleared cache and this still does not fix my issue.
@PBTroop26- the scoutmaster has to approve the position

@PBTroop26 When your position is approved in Scoutbook (legacy), it will show with a green shield and checkmark to show that the position is approved. Your position is not approved, so the Scoutmaster or another Troop Admin needs to approve it in Scoutbook (legacy).

@PBTroop26 - they need to go to the unit in classic scoutbook, then the leader list, click on your name then click on the position then look for this
