The wrong name was selected to receive a merit badge. I was able to select the correct person but now cannot remove the unearned badge from the first scout. How do I make that change?
Which interface are you using, Scoutbook (scoutbook.scouting.org) or IA2 (advancements.scouting.org)? The processes are different.
I am using Scout book.
go to wrong scouts merit badge - erase the date and unapprove and same - or click complete and click remove merit badge
