Remove merit badges marked as started

I was trying to look at some merit badge possibilities for an Eagle to earn his 3rd palm. In order to look at the requirements I pressed add merit badge, thinking I could just back out. Apparently that’s not the case. How to I clear all the merit badges that are at 0% complete that the scout will not be working on?

Click on Percent Complete then Remove Badge

@TomJones1 Just FYI: Scoutbook has a References section where you can see requirements without starting a merit badge.

In Scoutbook, go to the home page (click on the house icon), and then:

  1. Scroll down to “References”
  2. Click on “Scouts BSA”
  3. Click on “Merit Badges”
  4. Click on the name of the merit badge (sometimes faster to use the search (magnifying glass icon in upper right) function if you know the name or part of the name.

Also, the most current MB requirements should always be at the BSA’s advancement site: https://www.scouting.org/programs/scouts-bsa/advancement-and-awards/merit-badges/
