Running a "Needs purchasing report" and kicks to dashboard

I have attempted to run it from the “Troop reports” - That loads back to the dashboard. Once there, I have a 2nd place to run reports on the front dashboard thru “Reports” and it does nothing! I am purchasing mb’s today and need this report…AHHHH
