Safeguarding Youth Training Section Missing Data

When I go to the Training Manager page for our Troop, the pie chart for the Trained Leaders shows normally, but the Safeguarding Youth Training section shows No Data and none of the categories have values. This works fine for our Pack.

What could be wrong?

This is a report to council issue - there is no one that looks at forums that can report this. Council can send in a membercare ticket.
