Safeguarding Youth Report and Trained Leader Report not working

Hi,

When I click on either of the mentioned reports (Safeguarding Youth or Trained Leader) it does not work. A new tab populates and stops but never resolves to show a report.
I cannot see if any of my leaders are up to date on their trainings.

Are you selecting your Cubmaster role in the upper right? You should not have access to those reports by default from your ASM role.

@edavignon This is on my.scouting, there is no selecting roles like in advancements.scouting.

Try logging all the way out, the log back in again.

If the logout/login does not work, you will need to contact your council for assistance. The SUAC does not have the ability to report issues to the my.scouting.org team and this team does not monitor the forums.

@JenniferOlinger @edavignon Logging out, closing the tab, and logging back in worked. Case closed. I will say it takes almost a full minute to complete.
