Hi, good evening! I was wondering if there’s any update on the Connections view profile issue. I submitted a support ticket about this back in June or July and just wanted to check in to see if there have been any updates or progress. Thank you—I appreciate your help!
The SUAC knows of no such issue. If you can provide the ticket number we can investigate.
where do I find the number
If your Council didn’t give it to you, you would need to ask the person that opened it for you.
