I wanted to see if anyone else is getting message in Scoutbook+ saying Your position(s) and related permissions do not allow you to perform this action.
What are you trying to do when this occurs? What position/role is selected in the top right corner of the SB+ window when you are trying to execute the task?
It comes up as soon as I log in. I am Assistant Cubmaster for one pack and Den Leader for a different pack. I am also Troop committee in 2 troops. When I switch between them it pops up and only when I switch between the rosters. I can still go to each scout I need to update and make changes.
Hrm…I’m only involved in one unit at the moment, so I’m not able to test that condition directly. There was a weird error message coming up a few days ago for some folks, but I thought that was resolved.
If you force a refresh in SB+ (e.g. Ctrl+Shift+R or the equivalent in your preferred browser), does it clear the error totally, or does it recur when you switch units?
