Scoutbook Minus

@ThomasBuckalew - I am not sure that your fellow scouters who did beta testing would appreciate being told they did a terrible job.

Not what I said at all. The scouters who participated in the Beta are not responsible for the results. They just use and report. The responsibility lies with the architects and coders. I could be wrong, but my guess is this wasn’t written by volunteers. Ultimately someone made a decision to release Plus before it was ready and was unwilling or unable to reverse the decision. This is unfair to the volunteers. Do you think SB+ is a good system? I’d say it could be, but it is not ready,

You do realize that Scoutbook Legacy and Scoutbook Plus use the same backend database, right? They both access the same backend data. Unfortunately, the front end for Scoutbook Legacy was developed using now outdated tools that make it difficult (expensive) to find developers to support it.

It would be interesting to hear from people who have been using this functionality for the last year with the Cub Scouts.

I didn’t say anything about the backend other than using it in a hypothetical example. But no, I did not realize that the database is the same. I have, as suggested, started a new thread with the bug as I experienced it.
